Openings at RE/MAX Alpine Realty offer a desk in a bullpen, shared or private office space. Your personal home office is an option some agents opt to take as well.
- Agents are provided with web based email so you can check it anywhere, anytime.
- You will be provided with a professional forwarding email address ending in remax.net. (yourname@remax.net) This allows you to change your email address and/or your email provider as you deem fit, and your clients will never know. Because your remax.net address is a forwarding address, it will always remain the same and can be forwarded to any email address you choose, so your business cards and printed material will always remain accurate.
- Your remax.net address also filters all emails through powerful anti-virus and anti-spam software for your added protection.
- RE/MAX Alpine Realty offers a comprehensive web site that offers your clients thorough information on the surrounding area, buying or selling in the area, search tools to find your listings, connection to the MLS and your personal information so that potential agents can choose the agent that suits them best.
- A DSL Connection for high speed internet access is provided to all agent offices, our “Desk Duty” desk and all of our office computers.
- Secure wireless connections and network capabilities are provided for agent’s convenience. Your laptop will gain internet access and print to any of the printers from the conference rooms, your desk and anywhere else in the office, without wires or the need to plug in.
- Multiple computers are available for all agents' use, as well as two laser printers, two photocopiers, one being full color, with incoming and outgoing fax capabilities, scanning abilities and scan to email options, among many other helpful and time saving options.
- Our in-house professional tech support insures your computer and the office network always runs smoothly and efficiently.
- The state of the art phone system allows your phone calls to be transferred directly to your desk, or directly your cell phone/ pager, so your client need not make multiple calls to reach you. It is our goal that clients need to dial just once to reach you in person.
- Your desk phone includes your personal voice mail, as well as an after hours notification of incoming messages. This notification system will immediately call your cell phone, pager or home phone, at the receipt of an after hours message.
- Two quality digital cameras are available for agent use. These store images on floppy disk or to a memory stick. This allows you to quickly remove your photos from the camera without computer access. The floppy disks also allows these photos to be stored in client’s paper files, for easy access to the photos in the future, without taking up space on your hard drive.
- A wall mounted television with satellite access for continuing education and training courses on RSN (RE/MAX Satellite Network) is available for agents use as well as our library of tapes, CD’s and DVD’s of training classes, seminars and programs.
